PRIVACY POLICY/ Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Ariel Jade Co. LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the website arieljadeco.com and provides virtual assistant and content creation services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or working with us, you agree to the practices described here.
What information we collect
We collect only the basic information you choose to give us — such as your name, email address, job title, and how you'd like us to contact you — when you reach out, fill out a form, request a discovery call, or work with us as a client. We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, health or medical data, or financial account numbers) through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our website and our website provider may automatically collect basic technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and cookies or similar technologies. We use this to keep the website working, understand site traffic, and improve the site. We do not use this information for targeted advertising unless we update this policy.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, send updates related to our work together, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Artificial intelligence tools
In our work, we may use AI tools from providers such as Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, and Google to help draft, organize, research, and refine content. These tools may process client-provided business or content materials when needed for a project. We do not intentionally submit sensitive personal information to AI tools unless you ask us to and it is necessary for the work. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have agreed to handle it in writing.
When and with whom we share your information
We share your information only when necessary to provide our services, to comply with the law, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of the business. We may use trusted service providers — such as email, scheduling, and file-storage tools — to help run our business, and we require them to keep your information protected and to use it only for the purpose we've hired them for.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as long as required by law (for example, tax or accounting records). After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
How we keep your information safe
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who can access it.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not market to children. If you believe we've collected information from a minor, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Know what personal information we have about you
Access or get a copy of it
Correct information that's inaccurate
Ask us to delete it
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information
Because we don't sell or share your information for advertising, opting out won't change much — but you can still make the request any time. To use any of these rights, email us at hello@arieljadeco.com. We'll verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we'll tell you why and explain how to appeal.
Do Not Track signals
Because there is no single, accepted standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we don't currently respond to them. Even so, we limit our data collection to what's described above.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Please check back occasionally to stay informed.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of arieljadeco.com and the virtual assistant and content creation services offered by ariel jade co. LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide virtual assistant and content creation services, which may include social media strategy and scheduling, caption and content writing, content repurposing, Canva graphic design, and general administrative support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any project are defined in the proposal or written agreement between us and you, and those terms control over anything stated here.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts or materials we need, and timely feedback and approvals so we can do our work. You're responsible for the content, logos, and brand assets you provide to us, and for making sure you have the rights to use them.
Intellectual property
When we create content for you, you receive the rights to use it once your invoice is paid in full, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may ask to display non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing, and we will not share client-identifying or confidential work publicly without your permission. Our processes, templates, and tools remain ours.
No guarantees
We bring care and skill to every project, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, follower growth, engagement, or other outcomes, because those depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ariel jade co. LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Third-party platforms
Our work may involve third-party platforms and tools (such as social media, scheduling, design, and AI tools). You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service and for any access you grant us to your accounts.
Payment and rate changes
Payment terms are defined in your individual agreement. We will give at least 30 days' written notice before any rate increase applies to existing, ongoing services. Any cancellation or refund terms are governed by your signed agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as our services evolve. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.
